This page will outline the player stats that decide how the player feels in game and how well they perform.
All attributes will affect how well the player plays in game. Some attributes are more important than others but all affect how the player feels in game. These attributes will all range from 1-99 (inclusive) where 99 is the highest value for an attribute and symbolizes absolute mastery of that attribute/skill. 1 is the lowest value for an attribute and symbolizes an amateur mastery of the attribute/skill. By amateur, we are referring to the league the player liking belongs to. For example, in the world of Football, there are professional and semi professional leagues. Below these, there are amateur leagues.
For each attribute there will a section for the following topics…
Basic Definition:
Gives a brief description of what the attribute controls about the player
Positions:
Gives a basic overview of which positions this attribute will be most important for. This tells us which positions this attribute will most contribute to that player’s overall. For example, shooting is an important attribute for a striker but not so much for a goalkeeper. Second, the positions will also tell you the players what attributes to look for when scouting players of certain positions. Following the previous example, when searching for a good striker, you need to ensure they have a good “Finishing” attribute.
Effect on AI:
This sections describes how this attribute will affect the AI players. For the most part, this will be the same effects as a user controlled player but accounts for extra things. For example, the player inputs the direction of a pass but the AI will have to independently determine the position.
Effect on Player:
This sections describes how this attribute will affect the user controlled player. This will detail how the differences in value for this attribute will affect the player na dhow well the player performs.
